The fog of war in healthcare

A Fog of war is a military term for the uncertainty of war. First used in 1832 by a Prussian military analyst Carl von Clausewitz. What relevance does that “war term” have to patient healthcare? Well, actually a lot. The human body is a complex system, which is still only roughly understood.
